UK DELIVERY

Free UK delivery please allow 7-10 business days from ordering to delivery receipt 

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via(DHL/Royal Mail Tracked 48 OR Royal Mail Special Delivery). Please note that your order will be dispatched rolled and sent in a sturdy postal tube.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

NON UK DELIVERY

Delivery outside the UK is calculated based on the weight/value of your package using Royal Mail prices or couriers where appropriate. Please contact me for more information info@stephsmithstudio.com.

Customs & Import Charges

Please note that international orders (including those within the EU) may be subject to customs fees or import VAT. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Every artwork is made to order, crafted, printed specifically for you. Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless faulty.
